Small Group Personal Training is an affordable way to get personalized training sessions while benefiting from the energy of a group. This 45 minute session will focus on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination.

Morning Lift
Start your morning off strong! This strength based class will challenge you both mentally and physically. We’ll start off with a mobility warm-up, followed by a combo of strength training and cardio intervals. You’ll finish with a happy, sweaty glow!
